By accessing and using our Site (or by clicking to accept these Terms of Service and Use (“Terms of Use”) if this option is made available to you), you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use as well as our other legal policies, including without limitation, our Privacy Policy(ies).

2. PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FOR USE OF SITE BY MINORS
Our Site is expressly intended both for use by parents and guardians and children between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age.
If you are a child between the age of 13 and 18, you will have been invited to access our Site by your parent or guardian and your parent or guardian has consented to your use of our Site and agreed to our legal policies. Your participation in our Site, including your participation in our programs and recorded and live stream videos constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Use and other legal policies. If you do not agree to all of our legal policies, you may no longer access or use our Site or services.
By accessing, subscribing to, and using our Site, and participating in our live stream recorded videos, you are consenting to be recorded and authorizing us to use your likeness, screen name, and voice in our video and audio recordings. Parents and guardians who establish accounts for children on our Site, are expressly consenting to, and authorizing our use of, their child’s likeness, screen name and voice in audio and video recordings. Our live stream, recorded sessions are provided through ZOOM and all participants, are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policies and other legal policies of ZOOM.com. All participants, regardless of age, have the option at any time to turn off video camera functionality, and mute their microphones to avoid live stream and recording of their likeness and/or voice. We welcome your participation regardless of whether you consent to being recorded!
3. DISCLAIMER
Information provided through our Site and our content is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not considered to be financial advice, investment advice, or business advice. Our Site is not a substitute for professional financial services. SIMPLE TEEN SUCCESS is not responsible for actions taken by our users based on our Site's content.

Website Accessibility standards are issues currently in state of transition in the United States and around the world and specific and clear website accessibility requirements, rules and/or guidelines do not currently exist. SIMPLE TEEN SUCCESS is not liable for any harm or damages related to your purchase or use of services, goods, resources, content, or any other transactions made between you and any third-party whether or not you connected with that third-party through our Site. 10. SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASES/THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
In order to access our Site, you have purchased a subscription from us! Purchasing your subscription and access require your creation of an account with us and, if you are a parent, you may be asked to supply the following information: your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your credit card security number, and your billing address, or to connect to your PayPal account. Your credit card and other information required for the payment process constitutes your Personal Information and is subject to our separate Privacy Policy(ies). We utilize the services of STRIPE and PAYPAL as third-party payment processors for purposes of accepting and processing any payments made to us. These third-party payment processors are the only parties that have access to and/or maintains any information about your credit card or other specific billing information. For instance, we do not maintain or store any credit card or bank account numbers or associated billing information in our Site or related databases or systems. Thus, your payments through our Site are subject to the terms and conditions, and other legal policies, of our third-party payment processor, as well as the privacy policy(ies) of our processors, which can generally be found at www.stripe.com and www.paypal.com.

11. HOST OF OUR SITE, CONTENT, OTHER INFORMATION, STREAMING, OTHER THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
We use the services of KAJABI to host our course material, other content, and store and information about our Site, users, account holders, and operations. Thus, your use of our Site and services may also be subject to the terms and conditions, and other legal policies, of KAJABI, which can be found at https://kajabi.com/policies.
We use the services of Zapier, FB/Meta Pixel, and Google Sheets. The legal terms of use and other legal policies of these third-parties can be found on their respective websites.
We use ZOOM for our live streaming and recording of our content and courses. Thus, your participation in our live streamed and viewing of recorded content is subject to the legal policies, including terms of service and privacy policies, of ZOOM, which can generally be found at: https://explore.zoom.us/en/terms/ and https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/.

SIMPLE TEEN SUCCESS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE AVAILABLE ON OR PROMOTED THROUGH THIS SITE. THIS SITE AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be held by a court of competent jurisdiction or other appropriate adjudicatory authority to be unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold SIMPLE TEEN SUCCESS, its subsidiaries, franchises and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to, or arising out of, your use of this Site in violation of these Terms of Use and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any material that you post or other action you take using this Site causes us to be liable to another. We reserve the right to defend any such claim, and you agree to provide us with such reasonable cooperation and information as we may request.
In the event of a claim triggering your obligation to indemnify, you shall provide us with:
