Our Site is Intended for Use by Children/Teens between the Ages of 13 - 18
Our Site is expressly intended both for use by parents and children (referred to herein as “Teens”) between the ages of 13 and 18 years of age.
We do not presently seek information from anyone under the age of 13 years old, and no one under age 13 should provide any personal information to us on or through our Site. If you are under the age of 13, do not use our Site, contact us through our Site, or provide us with any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name, user name or social media handle that you may use.
If you are a Teen between the age of 13 and 18, you will have been invited to access our Site by your parent or guardian and your parent or guardian has consented to your use of our Site and participation in our programs and recorded, live stream videos.

Before we remove any information, we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of account information. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 is accessing our Site, we will delete his/her information within a reasonable period of time. You acknowledge that we do not verify the age of our users beyond asking our parents and/or guardians to do so, nor do we have any liability to do so.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
Parents and guardians create an account when they first request access to our Site and subscribe to us our Site and enroll their Teen for participation in our Site. At the time of account creation, we collect certain information from Site users, including name, email addresses, contact information, verification that child/Teen users are at least 13 years old, and payment information. Payment information is stored and maintained by our third party payment processor. We do not have access to any account holder’s credit card information. Our payment processors include Stripe and PayPal, and by using our Site, you also agree to terms and conditions of the legal terms of use and privacy policies of these third parties. We use the services of KAJABI to host our course material, other content, and store and information about our Site, users, account holders, and operations. Thus, your use of our Site and services may also be subject to the terms and conditions, and other legal policies, of KAJABI, which can be found at https://kajabi.com/policies.
We use the services of Zapier, FB/Meta Pixel, and Google Sheets. The legal terms of use and other legal policies of these third-parties can be found on their respective websites.
We use ZOOM for our live streaming and recording of our content and courses. Thus, your participation in our live streamed and viewing of recorded content is subject to the legal policies, including terms of service and privacy policies, of ZOOM, which can generally be found at: https://explore.zoom.us/en/terms/ and https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
