You and your teen be auto-enrolled in the free 30-day trial when you sign up. After 30 days, we'll bill your card monthly or annually (depending on what you decided!).

To sign your teen up, you’ll decide between the annual membership or the monthly membership (check it out here!). You’ll then complete the checkout flow for yourself and enter your teen’s information in the “Teen” fields. As a parent, you’ll get access to Simple Teen Success for Parents and the Simple Teen Success Video Library, and your teen’s will receive an email (within the hour!) with a password that allows them access to Simple Teen Success. If they didn’t or you have additional teens to sign up, reach out to [email protected].

When your parent registered you for your account, you received an email either with a “magic link” to create a password or a password inside the email. Reset your password here. There’s a couple things we can try to troubleshoot why you’re not getting them. Please log into your account, and ensure that all of the boxes are checked in your “Profile settings” (click here for a direct link!). Inside each account is a calendar of events that show when all upcoming events are. We’ll be sure to update this well in advance so you can plan. We’ll also send out an email reminder + the Zoom link as they approach!

We record each Live Stream so that you can catch up if you missed one or revisit a topic! All you have to do is log into your account and click on “Live Stream Recordings”. 

During each Live Stream you’ll be able to chat with each other as well as Derrick.

Just a few of the topics covered are: 7 habits of rich people that you should copy, how to get your money working hard for you with recurring revenue, and how to get successful people to help you–and so much more!

In the Parent Live Streams, Derrick will share what he’s teaching your teen, bring parenting tips from he and others to you, and share helpful tips for building open communication and a stronger relationship with your teen. 

You’ll also receive access to historical Live Streams for both the parents and teens. These are additional resources that we hope you’ll use to build your relationship with them!

Yes, in order to provide the historical Live Streams, we do record them, as outlined in our Site’s Terms of Service. Our recordings include participant’s names (your screen name), likeness and voice (where applicable). If you wish to not be recorded, you always have the option to mute your microphone and turn off your video during a Live Stream – though we think you’ll have more fun with them on!

To update your billing information, you need to

1. After logging in, click on the customer avatar in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on “Billing info” in the top right corner of the page
4. Click “Update” next to the currently listed credit card.
5. Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information
6. Then click “Update Card” to apply and keep the changes.

We take your privacy seriously, so for security purposes, we’re not able to view your billing information or update your credit card.

Yes! You’re able to see your billing history on this page (you must be logged in) and get a receipt.
